Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d)
Role Overview
Your Tasks
- Support our global Sales team in administrative and operational tasks, organization, and planning & implementation of strategies
- Facilitate the preparation, processing, and follow-up of opportunities and orders to ensure smooth sales operations
- Identify and leverage opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth
- Create presentations, reports, and statistics, and organize training sessions and meetings
- Collaborate with the Head of Inside Sales EMEA by analyzing data with an entrepreneurial mindset and sharing insights
- Act as an interface between Account Managers, Professional Services, Order Fulfillment Center, Product Management, and all related departments
- Management and maintenance of data in the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring accurate handling of customer information, prospects, and opportunities
- Support and participate in workshops and trade shows to enhance company visibility and engage with clients
Your Profile
- 3+ years of experience in managing software subscription renewals
- Experience in upselling/cross-selling software products
- Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment
- Convincing appearance and strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Solution / process-oriented and analytical way of thinking as well as high self-motivation and willingness to constantly develop, pick up on and implement innovations
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies to improve efficiency, analysis, and overall performance
- Business fluent in German and English
