We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager - PR/Communication with strong capabilities in both verbal and written communication (German and English). This individual should be proficient in graphics programs and possess experience in print and online content creation. This role involves shaping our company's external image, fostering internal collaboration, and implementing comprehensive PR strategies.

Your Tasks

PR and Communication:
- Develop and execute effective global communication strategies for external stakeholders.
- Craft compelling narratives, press releases, and media pitches.
- Manage relationships with media outlets, journalists and influencers.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage to assess the impact of communication efforts.
- Oversee coordination with external agencies to achieve strategic objectives
- Manage the budget for PR and communication efforts.
Content Creation:
- Create high-quality content across various formats, including whitepapers, case studies, brochures, and videos.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce informative, engaging, and compelling storytelling materials.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all marketing channels.
Social Media:
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and manage community interactions.
- Analyze social media metrics to optimize performance.
Internal Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication within the organization and coordinate internal communication formats.

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
5 years of experience in a similar role
Proven track record of successful PR strategy implementation
Strong project management skills
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
In-depth understanding of industry trends and market dynamics
Creative mindset with a sharp attention to storytelling and content creation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant marketing tools

Nice to have

Master's degree or Ph.D in business, marketing or a related field
Previous experience working in a start-up or fast-paced growth environment, demonstrating the ability to thrive in dynamic settings, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and contribute to the agile development of the sales function
