Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining go-to-market execution across the organization. You will leverage strong data extraction skills to drive global reporting deliverables, perform ad hoc financial and sales performance analyses, support business planning, and implement operational and process improvements. 
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience, strong business and financial acumen, broad technical skills, sales and marketing expertise, and is highly comfortable diving deep into data. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Your Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Actively contribute to the creation and maintenance of comprehensive sales performance reports and dashboards, using advanced analytics and visualization techniques such as Salesforce CRM Analytics, Tableau and Power BI. 
  • Leverage sales data to generate actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Provide support for weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting and forecasting, identifying key trends and changes that could significantly influence growth projections. 
  • Contribute to the development of annual sales planning, quota allocation, and territory-setting models, leveraging account planning tools and Excel
  • Improve sales compensation processes and reporting. Accurately calculate commissions, spiffs, and variable comp earned bonuses for sales teams based on established performance metrics and targets. Ensure timely and accurate payouts in alignment with sales compensation plans. 
  • Proactively drive and monitor Salesforce cleanup efforts to ensure quality and data accuracy of supporting sales data.
  • Provide cross-functional support, lead projects and assist sales teams on operational tasks and projects as needed.
  • Build positive relationships and establish trust with business partners and cross-functional teams, collaborating closely to understand their needs and align solutions with business objectives

Your Profile
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of work experience in finance, revenue operations, sales operations or data analysis within a technology company.
  • Proficiency in developing performance reports and dashboards using Salesforce, Tableau and CRM Analytics.
  • Proven track record of implementing and analyzing sales KPIs using Salesforce data.
  • Advanced Excel skills including data models, Power Pivot, Power Query, DAX expressions, for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
  • Experience administering sales commission plans.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce data cleanup initiatives.
  • Strong ability to organize, analyze and summarize large data sets.
  • Excellent analyticalproblem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Effective communicator, able to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Result-oriented with a strong desire to drive impact and demonstrate urgency for projects of all sizes.
