Partner Marketing Manager - Americas (Hybrid)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Partner Marketing Manager – Americas to join our global marketing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and strengthening marketing relationships with our Preferred, Gold, Silver, and Strategic Partners. Your mission will be to enable partners to drive joint marketing initiatives that align with company objectives, foster partner growth, and deliver measurable business outcomes. 

As the primary marketing contact for our partners in Americas, you will collaborate closely with their teams to execute co-marketing strategies, create localized content, and ensure seamless communication. This role also requires a strong focus on project management, enabling the successful delivery of multi-touch campaigns, events, and digital initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with our Global Marketing, Channel and Sales teams to achieve Revenue targets, support lead generation goals, and actively manage Market Development Funds (MDF) for selected Partner.

This is a hybrid position located in Alpharetta, GA, USA. 
Your Tasks
  • Partner Relationship Management: Collaborate as part of a team to oversee marketing relations and maintain strong communication channels with Preferred, Gold, Silver, and Strategic Partners. Support and nurture these partnerships to ensure alignment with company objectives and partner growth.
  • Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the primary marketing relationship owner for assigned partners, aligning on joint campaigns, event participation, and marketing milestones. Tracking and reporting results from those initiatives will be key.
  • Partner Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners, providing the necessary resources, training, and marketing support to set them up for success.
  • Co-Marketing Plan Development: Work closely with partners to develop and execute co-marketing plans aimed at achieving ARR targets and driving lead generation.
  • Campaign Oversight: Manage and execute product-led, digital channel campaigns to drive pipeline growth in collaboration with regional Channel Sales teams.
  • Content Localization: Oversee the creation, localization, and management of marketing collateral for a portfolio of partners. This includes materials for events, case studies, websites, social media, newsletters, email campaigns, ABM initiatives, and more.
  • Regular Communication: Establish and maintain regular communication with partners to monitor progress, share insights, and provide feedback on campaign performance.
  • Project Management: Lead partner-focused initiatives such as large-scale events, joint webinars, multi-touch campaigns, ABM strategies, and targeted content creation, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Global Marketing team and other internal departments to ensure projects are delivered on-brand, on-time, and with the required quality.
  • Market Development Funds (MDF): Oversee the MDF application process, track fund utilization, and measure campaign outcomes to optimize partner ROI.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving lead generation and ARR targets through partner marketing.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, particularly in industrial automation or software solutions.
  • Proficiency in developing and managing marketing plans, partner communications, and digital campaigns.
  • Familiarity with managing MDF processes and tracking partner activity.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% as required to partner locations and events.
  • Based in the USA; candidates in the Atlanta area are preferred but not required.
  • This role requires the employee to be on-site at the Alpharetta office at least two days per week
Nice to have
  • Experience in industrial automation or software industries.
  • Expertise in using Salesforce and HubSpot platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking, reporting, and optimizing marketing initiatives.
  • Further languages like Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
