We are seeking an experienced recruiting professional who takes hands-on ownership, pragmatically improves processes, and delivers measurable results in terms of recruiting and performance management.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the key operational driver of recruiting and performance management, ensuring that hiring is effective, scalable, and aligned with business needs while supporting employees and managers in achieving their performance goals.

Your Tasks

Performance Management
  • Supporting and coordinating the company-wide performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and calibration activities
  • Partnering with managers to establish clear, measurable objectives and performance expectations for employees
  • Monitoring performance review completion rates, quality, and overall process effectiveness
  • Providing guidance and support to managers on performance conversations, feedback culture, and employee development
  • Driving continuous improvement of performance management processes, tools, and frameworks to support company growth
  • Collaborating with HR and leadership teams on talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives
Recruitment
  • Full operational ownership of open requisitions: independently managing and successfully filling roles across multiple departments
  • Reducing time-to-fill through efficient processes, clear prioritization, and consistent stakeholder management
  • Hands-on recruiting: active sourcing, direct outreach, interview execution, and end-to-end management of the selection process
  • Close collaboration with hiring managers, with a strong focus on decision-making speed, accountability, and quality
  • Increasing quality of hire through structured interviews, clear role requirements, and accurate candidate assessment
  • Tracking and optimizing key recruiting KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate)
  • Pragmatic improvement of existing recruiting processes and tools — always focused on impact

Your Profile

  • Several years of professional experience (ideally 7+ years) in operational recruiting and performance management
  • Proven success in closing demanding requisitions and working with clear recruiting KPIs
  • Strong hands-on mentality and genuine enjoyment of sourcing, interviewing, and driving processes forward
  • Experience partnering with demanding hiring managers and enforcing clear recruiting standards & to establish clear objectives and drive accountability for performance outcomes
  • Experience supporting performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration sessions, and employee development planning
  • Experience using performance metrics and people analytics to identify trends and support organizational growth
  • Strong understanding of feedback cultures, continuous performance management, and employee development practices
  • Data-driven, results-oriented working style with a focus on measurable outcomes
  • High quality standards, reliability, and strong ownership for results
  • Very strong German and English language skills (minimum C1, ideally C2)

Must have

  • Several years of professional experience (ideally 7+ years) in operational recruiting and performance management
  • Willingness and ability to work in a hybrid environment, with regular presence in Landau in der Pfalz and flexibility to attend in-person meetings and people processes as required.
