Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d)

DE-Remote, DE-Landau in der Pfalz
Full-time
Permanent employee

Role Overview

We are a growing company with clear growth targets – and to achieve them, open positions must be filled quickly, efficiently, and with high quality.

We are seeking an experienced recruiting professional who takes hands-on ownership, pragmatically improves processes, and delivers measurable results: closed requisitions, reduced time-to-fill, higher quality of hire, and lower dependency on external agencies.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the key operational driver of recruiting and ensure that hiring works reliably and at scale.

Your Tasks

  • Full operational ownership of open requisitions: independently managing and successfully filling roles across multiple departments
  • Reducing time-to-fill through efficient processes, clear prioritization, and consistent stakeholder management
  • Hands-on recruiting: active sourcing, direct outreach, interview execution, and end-to-end management of the selection process
  • Close collaboration with hiring managers, with a strong focus on decision-making speed, accountability, and quality
  • Reducing external recruiting costs by strengthening in-house recruiting, building talent pools, and improving direct market outreach
  • Increasing quality of hire through structured interviews, clear role requirements, and accurate candidate assessment
  • Tracking and optimizing key recruiting KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate)
  • Pragmatic improvement of existing recruiting processes and tools — always focused on impact

Your Profile

  • Several years of professional experience (ideally 7+ years) in operational recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Proven success in closing demanding requisitions and working with clear recruiting KPIs
  • Strong hands-on mentality and genuine enjoyment of sourcing, interviewing, and driving processes forward
  • Experience partnering with demanding hiring managers and enforcing clear recruiting standards
  • Data-driven, results-oriented working style with a focus on measurable outcomes
  • High quality standards, reliability, and strong ownership for recruiting results
  • Very strong German and English language skills (minimum C1, ideally C2)

That sounds like you?

Then don't wait any longer and send us your resume. We are looking forward to the exchange with you!
